They provided a window of time, I received a call about an hour and a half before the expiration telling me they would be here soon and they showed up on time. Pet Stains? No Problem!

The All Access Carpet team provided excellent service and I was thrilled with the results. My pet had an accident on my oriental carpet and I was very concerned. They explained the process, reviewed photos and came to pick up the carpet the next day. A week later, my carpet was clean and returned. The on site and office team was very caring and professional.

Replaced & Restored

There was a leak in my apartment that soaked my carpets, so I asked the company to quote carpet repair and cleaning. They checked for water damage or staining, then did an excellent job replacing the fringe and hand-cleaning the carpet. After a thorough inspection, they called to ask if they could take a few extra days to clean it again to meet their standards—I happily agreed! The results were terrific.
